Raise Awareness
Attend Refugee Awareness Presentation
Attend a refugee awareness presentation to learn more about the journey of a refugee. You will also learn about ways that you can help through Of One Heart, as well as several other local organizations.
Host Refugee Awareness Presentation
Help raise awareness by hosting a Refugee Journey Presentation. This workshop will be personalized for your group and can include a service project.
Support Refugee Programs
Event Planner
Come help plan our monthly events to help refugees! These events provide great opportunities for refugees and community members to interact, and for community groups to give service.
Refugee Support
Help us support our refugees! Visit refugees quarterly. Connect virtually with them regularly with reminders for events and to check in on their needs.
Mentor Support
Support mentors in their friendships with refugees. Send regular messages with suggestions for resources to help them or activities to do with their refugee friends. Attend event once a month; the rest can be done virtually.
Internship
Help us support our refugees AND fulfill intership requirements! You will play an integral role in carrying out our refugee programs. Come help refugees thrive!
